Cheesy Egg Casserole is the perfect baked eggs recipe for breakfast, made in your beloved microwave. This buttery, easy breakfast casserole is full of cheese and spices, and is low carb and ketogenic. Breakfast cannot get simpler than this.
Eggs – 3
Cheddar Cheese – 1 Cup
Heavy Cream (I used Amul) – ¼ Cup
Butter (at room temperature) – 2 Tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Oregano – ¼ tsp
- Grease the microwave safe bowl with half of the butter.
- Add all the ingredients.
- Stir it well.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
After the initial 2 minutes, please check whether the eggs are cooked or not. If it is not done yet, stir it and stick it back into the oven and microwave for another 1 minute. You may have to adjust the timing of the microwave but I recommend, keep an eye on it so that the eggs are not overcooked.
