If you ask me for one simple recipe, with no fancy ingredients, which needs minimal prep time and literally, no cooking and which can also satisfy the buggers called ‘Sweet Tooth’, this is the one. Yes, these Keto Chocolate Peanut Clusters are that simple. Don’t forget to watch the ‘how-to’ video of these little beauties.
Yield: 16
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate (Stevia sweetened) – 100 Gm
Salted Peanuts – 150 Gm
Peanut Butter – 50 Gm
Method:
- Melt the dark chocolate by heating it in microwave for 1 minute. If the chocolate is not melted, heat it for another 30 seconds.
- Add the salted peanuts and the Peanut Butter and mix it thoroughly.
- Take spoonfuls of the mix and drop it on waxed paper or silicon mat.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Devour!!!
Notes:
Instead of Stevia sweetened chocolate, you can also use Lindt 90% dark chocolate and add 1 tsp stevia powder and 2-3 Tbsp erythritol (depending upon how sweet you like them).

Great recipe idea. I look forward to trying it. One question though, how do you store them?

Thanks Tresa Lovejoy…I store them in the fridge for a week and in the freezer for 2-3 months
