These Keto cheese stuffed capsicum will make a a great addition to any dinner table, or even as an evening snack on its own.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Capsicum – 500 Gm (7-8 small sized)
Cheddar Cheese (grated) – 2 Cup
Keto Tomato Ketchup – 1/2 Cup
Ghee – 2 Tsp
Pepper and oregano (or any herb of your choice)
Method:
- Cut all the capsicums into 2 halves.
- Grease both the halves with ghee.
- Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup into it.

Stuff the cheese into all the capsicum halves.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° C for 15 mins.
- Sprinkle pepper and oregano before serving.
- Enjoy!!!
