These Keto Coconut Vanilla Butter cups are easy to make and provide a lot of health fats to your diet. Instructional video included.
Makes: 12 Cups
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese – 1 Cup
Butter – 3 Tbsp
Desiccated Coconut – ¼ Cup
Vanilla Extract – 2 tsp
Erythritol – ¼ Cup
Stevia – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients in the bowl.
2. Mix everything till it resembles smooth dough.
3. Pour into 12 mini muffin moulds.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the cups from the moulds.
6. Enjoy!!!
