Perfect Keto/Low Carb Cold Coffee to beat the summer heat and you need only 4 ingredients to make it. This cold coffee recipe gives a nice frothy layer on top much like the cold coffee you get in Indian Cafe outlets.

Ingredients:
Coconut Milk – 200 ml
Water – 100 ml
Coffee Powder – 1 tbsp
Stevia – ½ tsp
Method:
1. Bring the water to boil in a pan and add the coffee powder.
2. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame.
3. Blend the coffee using a hand blender to make it frothy.
4. Add the chilled coconut milk and stevia and stir it well.
5. Serve and enjoy.
